Mechanical Engineering

Our mechanical engineering team approaches challenges with an open mind, and the background of thousands of projects. Our team designs in-house, using 3D parametric modeling tools for machines, components, and automation. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and dynamic simulations are performed to refine engineering, optimize for performance and cost, and give our customers the confidence that they are getting a solution that will exceed expectations for years to come.

Electrical Engineering

Entrust routinely implements complex motion systems using various standard CNC and PLC platforms. Our electrical engineering team expertly designs machine electrical systems to create capable, reliable machine tools. Control workflow and testing further add to machine reliability, regardless of complexity or operating environment.

Programming

Entrust develops CNC and PLC software for machines using industry best practices, futher refined by our experience, and with a priority for intuitive user experience. Machine reliability, dynamic performance, ease of use, multi-lingual options, and diagnostic and remote access requirements are fulfilled by capable control engineers and technicians. Entrust maintains current development software licensing for Siemens, Fanuc, Heidenhain, and Allen Bradley industrial controls.

Application Engineering

A machine is only as good as how it can be applied by our customers.  Our application engineers engage with the customer to understand their production needs – analyzing workpiece designs, materials, tolerances and processing steps in order to develop the best concepts to help the customer be successful.  Tooling, workholding and automation concepts are tested and handed off through runoff and training to the customer.
